today's day of staying at home and pseudo-spring cleaning has brought a new light to my current being. at least im hoping it will.

an excerpt of my horoscope on grazia for last week: ease yourself gently into a situation in which you're meant to lead rather than be led. you might even find that your power base is diminished, especially in your home and family life. reflect on how hard you had to work to be where you are today and prmise yourself you'll start reaping rewards instead of being forced to strive harder. you're in danger of overlooking the fact that you are an important and special person.

and the bf's: one particular person will feel sidelined and start wondering whether the two of you will be able to continue as before. dont underestimate the value of the kind of love, support or companionship money can't buy.

haha. found that most amusing. told azli about it and had a laugh. strangely mine was quite ominous. his was somewhat right, but only today!

not that i believe in horoscopes. they're fun to figure around, though.

god help some people who want to waste their lives on that that's not worth it. im in no position to judge, i've so been there before and i know exactly how hard it was. im just saying.

and since we're into conversations, ive just realized that some people generally perceive being a privately sponsored student was a case of 'here's the money, now hand me my offer letter'. after explaining my steps on arriving here in ireland to azli, which took me about 40 minutes to explain, he agreed on the above preconcieved notion. course now that my father is no longer paying through his nose and money comes small and regularly (which is the way the world works), ive come to loss the sense of appreciation i had coming into this place. god knows the amount of rejection i faced, and the number of times ive been to mara in kl and jpa in putrajaya just to be where i am now. and the bits it took to get the place here to begin with. so suppose having slapped with the offer and having been maintained and looked after thenceforth should be a point well appreciated. for everyone. anyways it just got me thinking thats all. im nearly done here. goodness. that all seems like another lifetime does it not?

anyhoo off for raya-ing. besos!
