and today felt like the longest day, despite its beginnings only subtly taking shape around noon. one must never complain when the sun sets late and the days stretch like forever, for when it is a good day, the day is oh-so-good.

a pinch of this and that made an otherwise uneventful day much more than what it is. notably, ticklish-funny long-distance phone conversations, the quiet coziness of a completely empty library(it seems very me to make a great deal out of whole lot of nothings, hence profuse apologies!) and of course

barely-there rainbows



and the sunset.



morals include: actually staying out a lil later so one can enjoy that view more often, and to always, always not be afraid to enjoy, revel, and exaggerate the little things, because they make dim dark days feel like absolutely nothing.
