YYYEEEEEEAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!the night has come and gone
a little hard to belief, in the light of its briefness and energy
university college dublin's malaysia night 2007 rox my freaking sox.
the night has left me with so many mementos
so many moments
and so many snippets
hmm. i havent a clue where to start
tonight everything went on fast forward
the speed was such that we pretty much ran on adrenaline.
speedy costume changes
running across halls
snap-finger decisions
but of course the highlights go way further
so much eye candy till i cant remember when i last had fun like that in ireland
i managed to speak to all the people i wanted to talk to
so many words. so many thoughts

and the euphoria!
to hear the crowds cheers
the applause after and mid-performance
the smiles. wolf whistles
besties screaming my name from waaay back in the crowd
again and again.
makes about 97% of the hard work and sleep deprivation (3% relegated to unforgivable mistakes, extreme tiredness and injuries, a week's worth of sleep thats not quite sleeping and various other anomalies) worth it.
im ending the day wearing the biggest, loosest stuff to bed
but ill keep the 'henna' (more like green eyeliner) tattoo on my hand
and the barely-there nail polish
so when i wake up tommorow
i wont mix dwellings with dreams.
