insomnia for the time

i woke up today after a night of seemingly endless sleep (i woke up at least four or five times)
to discover that despite teething starts
the morning turned out allright.
i am still the same
the same olde thoughts still circulating in my mind
but this morning gave me hope
gave me a sense of understanding, a sense of how things are actually working out
which is almost a miracle
considering how bleak things looked yesterday
its not a question of whys and ifs
today told me its a matter of cans.

i shall wake up to more than just sunshine today.
