the worse thing about being in this place is everything when im feeling clouded and dumb. everything.
i was folding clothes a few minutes ago and suddenly i was just thinking of how everything in this country is expensive. its like we have this connotative 'poverty' ridden lives, all induced by a common mix of being a student and living in a country thats just imperatively expensive.
anyhoo. i decided rather spontaneously to cut my hair and despite initial fears, i have to admit it looks allright (ekin likes it she says). hehe to desribe it succinctly, it is inspired by violet boudelaire of lemony snickets fame, dr cameron from house and cheryl cole. haha. i have to admit that line has given me a pseudo-bimbo edge but who's complaining? i have been looking at the mirror since. hahha. the morbidity and excitement will wear off tomorow morning when i wake up and find myself looking grotesque. har har.
had an interesting conversation with mak that entailed on photogenicity and her opinion on some people. we included politics and gossip and lame topics like exams. mak dislodged a tendon in her left ring finger and as such requires physio. funny how you can have physio for one finger. lols!
i just had goosebumps uploading a photo. which felt great. it made me feel young and childish and devoid of senseless stressful thigs such as exams and money and the need for gratification and expectations.
i find solace in the things that make me tick. my mak for one. shes one beautiful creature. hehe. and other things like craft. blogs. anything personal. i love shiny pink things all of a sudden. i crave hugs and drama. and a vacation would be nice. haih
i thoroughly like this moment right now. minus the sleepiness, minus a few distant thoughts on undone essays, minus reality, plus a few plush pink furry pillows and strawberry lip gloss and sweet dreams and pink pink pink and you've got me sorted.
