april 1st
april fool's day.
nik's birthday.
my std 6 english teacher's birthday.
a day i prefer to spend indoors
shunted out from the outside world
devoid of all human contact
with my phone turned off

i have been april fooled. twice.
at it was only 10.30 in the morning.
minn did me good.
she sent me a text saying someone put drugs in her drink while she was out last night
and the next thing she knew
she was in hospital
and she needed to talk to someone
so i gave her a call
and she put up with me for about 2 minutes before delivery the dreaded words
april. fool.
fooled, more like.
omigawd. i was ranting around like a lil chicken.
huhu.
but it was good tho.
and apparently angela got hit too.
*sigh*
just because we luv our girlfrens, kan angie?
anyways strike one.
minutes after, mary fooled me with a story on how she left her laptop by the corner of her table
and she sorta dropped it when she rolled around in her sleep
and now the screen's fuzzy and she has to call her dad
which strangely gave me a smug feeling.

anyways, strike two.
she consolidated with giving me a hug
and telling me that she wanted to play that prank on her dad
since the laptop is very, very new
and very, very expensive

if i were to play an april fool's joke on my dad
i'd probably be disowned
lols.
haha maybe not
but i dont knoe whether they'll see the funny side.

anyways
i swear to remain alert

and should anyone think of sending me a call or a txt
saying they're in an accident/were robbed/lost their wallet/fell in love
i'd tell them that im sorry for ur loss/conratulations.
